Swindon Ukulele Club

Swindon Ukulele Club was established by Richard Bending, in 2006.

We meet weekly to play and sing a wide range of music from a repertoire of over 100 songs. There is a variety of musical ability, from skilled musicians to complete beginners.

The instrument appeals to people from all walks of life and all ages.

We currently have around 25 members, ranging in age from 30's to 70's.

The wooden ukulele is a delightful instrument - small and very light. 

Being easy to hold, and having only four strings, it's very easy to

learn the basics.
